
Our classes are limited to a maximum of 12 people at a time to ensure sufficient supervision and interaction. All materials and refreshments are provided for every class, just bring yourself. We encourage our students to e-mail Joan whenever they need to for advice and tips even after they have finished their courses.
Pre-registration is required to attend all classes. Class fees must be paid in full to reserve a space. Register online or call 941-720-2309. If you must cancel a class, we will refund the amount or give you credit for another class up to one week before the class. Up to 72 hours before the class, we will give you credit for another class. Learn knife skills and designs for several types of leaves. We will demonstrate the techniques and secrets used by cruise ships and 5-star hotel master chefs to create the spectacular buffet displays for which they are so famous.
